    We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders to other EU countries, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  5. Do you also deliver internationally?
    At this moment we only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

    We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Maestro, Union Pay, American Express and Klarna (pay later).

  2. Can I still change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn and undamaged.

  2. How do I return a product?
    Please refer to our Returns Policy page for all the steps to process your return request and return the product correctly.

  3. Are there any costs associated with returning?
    Yes, the return costs are for the customer, unless it is an error on our part.

  4. How long does it take to process my return?
    Processing a return takes on average 5 to 7 business days after receipt.

    Always follow the washing instructions on the label. In general, we recommend washing clothes inside out at low temperatures.
