Shipping Policy

Actus-Amsterdam has chosen to ship the products directly to you from the supplier. This allows us to significantly reduce storage, transport, and packaging costs. This allows us to offer you the products at the fairest price.

Although all import duties are prepaid, it may occasionally be necessary to pay the import duties at the door. Actus-Amsterdam is not responsible for this and will therefore not cover this amount. If you send us an email, we will investigate the issue and find a solution.

Because we send the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5-15 business days for order in The Netherlands and Belgium.

Track order?

When you place an order with us, you'll receive a track & trace code within a few days. This code isn't active immediately because it has to go through several systems first. After approximately 3 to 5 working days Once you have received your track & trace code, you can follow the shipping updates.
